Education Networks of America, Inc. (ENA) is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team.


The Sales Support Specialist provides structure and support for ENA’s sales operations. This position manages opportunities for the assigned territory and ensures progression of ENA responses through the delivery process. In addition, this position ensures client satisfaction, identifies client product and service needs, and assists the sales team in achieving customer retention and net new revenue targets.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide support for the Sales Team to include solution inquiries and service checks, work order and work flow management, project tracking and customer notifications. Represent ENA solutions, meet client satisfaction goals, and assist in client retention.
  • Assist the Account Service Managers (ASMs) in preparing and coordinating sales presentations, proposals, and documents; revise presentations, manage multiple changes, communicate changes and disseminate current presentation version to the appropriate team members. Coordinate and assist with the follow-up needed after sales calls.
  • Assist Sales Team in identifying, researching, targeting and tracking sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle in the education and commercial markets, and help the team achieve net new revenue targets.
  • Coordinate, administer and ensure accurate records in CRM system within assigned ASM group. Assist ASMs in effectively utilizing CRM system to manage all opportunities and track all customer activities, customer correspondence and outstanding tasks and tickets related to customers.




Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.  3+ years of customer service or administrative support experience required. Candidates must have excellent organizational and project management skills, achieve high results, be outgoing and dependable with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and have a proven track record for meeting multiple deadlines.

Candidate must also be accurate in their work paying close attention to detail and have a propensity for output excellence.  Self-starter; able to multitask and complete multiple projects in a timely manner. 

Qualified candidates will be experts with the Microsoft Office Suite.  Experience with CRM systems is a plus.                    

This is a full-time position based in Nashville, TN, with the opportunity to earn over-time.  Candidates must be willing and able to work weekends, when required.
