    Education Networks of America, Inc. (ENA) is seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Manager to join our team.

     

    The Senior Proposal Manager is responsible for setting proposal response strategy, overseeing all phases of proposal responses, reviewing proposal responses for compliance and positive impact, and leading a cross-functional team in all related tasks necessary to compete for and win contract awards.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform the role of a strategist as well as tactical resource who manages the proposal lifecycle from initial evaluation through response development and delivery.
    • Evaluate and recommend efficiencies to enhance scalability and productivity and work with internal teams on continuous process improvement initiatives and metrics
    • Lead cross-functional team and stakeholders involved in the proposal response process to produce high-quality, winning proposals while meeting tight deadlines.
    • Ensure that assigned content writers develop responsive and compliant proposal content through periodic in-process and final compliance checks and adherence to win strategy and technical solution guidance.
    • Work with sales to ensure effective integration of win strategies, themes, and differentiators in proposal response.
    • Work with Proposal Manager and assigned teams to ensure overall quality of final deliverables, including outline and response reviewing, proofreading, printing, assembly, and ensuring all compliance requirements are fully addressed and competitive pricing is secured
    • Identify changes in ENA’s existing proposals and create, collaborate, implement and/or re-write proposal materials that effectively describe and promote ENA and ENA products and services.
    • Develop reporting and analysis tools to provide insight to management and others in the organization on proposal activities and results

    Qualifications

    A minimum of seven years of proposal response management, project management and people management experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.

     

    Must have experience in all areas of proposal management including leading teams, building compliance matrices and response outlines, conducting and managing the review, compliance, and editing process, tracking responses, document management, and leading the proposal response process through a successful conclusion. Must have excellent organizational and facilitation skills, achieve high results, be outgoing, patient, and dependable with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

     

    Qualified candidates will be experts with the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as be proficient in using other applications such as customer relationship management tools, document management tools, proposal notification services, graphic production tools, and others as the position requires. Must have proven editing and document review skills.
