    Education Networks of America, Inc. (ENA) is seeking an experienced Communications Professional to join our family.


    The Communications Professional contributes to ENA and ENA affiliates’ communication and marketing strategies by writing and producing long-form marketing collateral, promotional materials, creative and descriptive technical content, website content, event communications and sessions, press releases, media content, and sales enablement content.


    Primary Responsibilities

    • Develop content for marketing materials including company and product brochures, customer success stories, customer case studies, company communications, press releases, website content, event sessions/presentations, social media, and promotional pieces.

    • Create, manage, and implement ongoing customer communications, campaigns, and promotions to include market campaigns, product campaigns, customer engagement campaigns, product launches, national advertising campaigns, and various promotions.

    • Promote ENA and ENA affiliates as thought leaders and subject matter experts by conducting customer interviews and writing articles, white papers, case studies, customer success stories, press releases, website content, presentations, brochures, event communications and session materials, customer nominations, and communications based on those interviews and market research.

    • Develop sales enablement tools (demos, presentations, collateral, and other materials) to drive market penetration and adoption of ENA and ENA affiliates’ products and services.

    • Collaborate with product experts to develop marketing and communication strategies for existing products, new features and enhancements, as well as new product launches. Develop and refresh content for new products and services, product enhancements, and modifications.

    • Use CRM and marketing automation tool to draft and distribute targeted and/or personalized customer communications, campaigns, and promotions. Measure and analyze communication efforts to increase effectiveness.

    • Support, nurture, and engage ENA and ENA affiliates’ customers by developing and managing online customer communities via forums, social media channels, blogs, and other online channels to grow customer engagement and loyalty.


    Bachelor’s degree in related field (English or Journalism) a plus and a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications with a minimum of 2 years in a role writing marketing and product related content is required. Experience with content marketing, multi-level customer communications, and CRM/marketing automation systems is essential. Brand management experience is a plus. Must have strong project management skills and a proven track record of meeting deadlines. Excellent technical and creative writing abilities, attention to detail, accuracy and a propensity for output excellence is required. Proven experience demonstrating resourcefulness, results-orientation and an ability to perform in a dynamic environment.  Prefer experience in the education technology industry.


    This position will be based in Nashville, with required travel 10% of the time.
