    Education Networks of America, Inc. (ENA) is seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Specialist to join our family.

    Responsibilities

    Responsible for event planning and execution of customer and industry events, conferences, sessions, trade shows, special promotions, sponsorships, webinars and event-related campaigns for ENA and affiliates to increase customer interaction, improve customer satisfaction and build customer relationships. 


     


    Primary Responsibilities


     



    • Research, coordinate, and implement all customer meetings, conferences, sessions, events and activities performed in assigned markets. Assist with other markets as needed.



    • Support the management of customer relationships, value add partnerships, processes and communications. 



    • Assist with the webinar strategy including thought leadership, product adoption, and general communication webinars.  This includes strategy, planning, execution, measurement, and reporting around all webinar events.



    • Work with marketing management to develop the annual strategic event participation plan, customer satisfaction survey using online survey management software, and budget for ENA and affiliates.



    • Monitor and manage the overall marketing budget to ensure priority activities are allocated sufficient budget and the budget is not exceeded.



    • Participate and assist with marketing efforts and customer activities in all ENA and affiliate markets as needed. 



    • Attend trade shows and industry-related events as needed to ensure flawless execution throughout the event as well as lead company representation at the event.



    • Involved in editing, writing and producing marketing materials and presentations.



    • Support management of customer relationships, loyalty, and executing promotions and campaigns, as well as internal relationships with sales teams, product development and other team members to communicate event needs.



    • Work with marketing team on projects using project management software, CRM, and marketing automation tool.


    • Implement event promotions and strategies through various social media platforms.

    Qualifications

    2-3 years of marketing and customer relationship building experience required including 2 years of event implementation experience with strong personal customer interaction skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.  Familiarity with marketing operations concepts and procedures required.  Must have excellent organizational and project management skills, think creatively, and have a proven track record for meeting deadlines on time. Position requires accuracy, close attention to detail and a propensity for timely, output excellence.  Must also be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.  Must be able to manage and run online survey software, project management software, CRM software and various communication and marketing automation tools.


     


    This position is based in Nashville, with travel 30% of the time.
