    Education Networks of America, Inc. (ENA) is seeking an experienced Proposal Specialist to join our family.


    The Proposal Specialist performs a variety of tasks encompassing RFP response organization and input.  This position maintains internal content management systems, creates and maintains proposal graphics and content, and tracks pending and submitted responses. In addition, this position requires collaboration with internal and external individuals and groups to facilitate and manage proposal responses and assigned projects. 

    Primary responsibilities include:

    • Collaborate and organize with internal and external individuals to facilitate the completion and submission of professional, accurate, and exemplary competitive RFP responses
    • Perform version control of documentation and manage multiple proposal production activities, including formatting, graphics development, assembly, and on time delivery ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality of proposal deliverables
    • Oversee printing and assembly of final RFP/proposal documents and exhibits
    • Conduct quality control review of the final document, binder, and shipping materials
    • Maintain the file database(s) and content storage of proposal documentation.
    • Demonstrate innovation through working with all internal teams to improve processes, proposals, and presentations relating to proposal responses and assigned projects.


    Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of administrative and project management experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred. General knowledge of business development and marketing operations concepts and procedures is required. Candidates must have excellent organizational and project management skills exhibited by a proven track record for proactive project management and meeting deadlines.

    Candidate must be outgoing and dependable with exceptional, emotionally-intelligent written and verbal communication skills with team members, leadership, vendors, and customers. This position requires a high degree of accuracy and a propensity for output excellence. 

    This position requires someone who is a self-starter and is able to effectively multi-task.

    Qualified candidates will be experts with the Microsoft Office Suite as well as be proficient in using other applications as the position requires. Experience using Qvidian or other proposal automation software is a plus.
