Education Networks of America, Inc. (ENA) is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team.
The Office Administrator is a central hub for the headquarters office and provides organizational support for our company. This position plays an integral role in presenting a positive image and delighting ENA team members, customers and visitors.
Primary responsibilities include:
Candidates should have a minimum of two or more years of experience as a receptionist or office administrator. This position requires a strong dedication to providing quality customer service, prompt support and complete resolutions. The successful candidate must be a self-starter, will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor. Must be able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Qualified candidates will be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite as well as be proficient in using other applications as the position requires.
The expected salary range for this position is $10-$12 per hour, plus benefits and performance-based bonus.
