Education Networks of America, Inc. (ENA) is seeking an experienced Corporate Accounting Manager to join our team!
The Corporate Accounting Manager will lead a team to assist with corporate accounting, corporate compliance, and budget and planning functions.
This position’s primary responsibilities will include managing the monthly closing process for the company and its affiliates, managing the chart of accounts, preparing timely consolidated financials and reports, and documenting and managing the company’s accounting policy controls.
In addition, this role will work with outside tax accountants to review tax positions, coordinate the annual audit, assist with development, ongoing tracking and trending of the annual budget, and assist in managing financial software and automation application projects including QuickBooks.
This position is responsible for managing, coordinating, and leading employees within the department.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA required. In addition, a minimum of 5 plus years work experience in corporate accounting/finance/treasury or public accounting with a minimum of 2 years in people management. A high level of Excel proficiency is required. Exposure to QuickBooks, MS GL accounting packages, and/or relational databases is preferred.
