    Education Networks of America, Inc. (ENA) is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our team!

    Responsibilities

    This position is responsible for developing pricing on all assigned territories for all service and product lines.  This position’s primary responsibilities include:

    • Working with internal teams to evaluate vendor quotes and develop pricing for new services, new products, and product feature changes.
    • Documenting and tracking existing pricing methods and processes
    • Analyzing pricing methods and working with finance team to (1) identify pricing outliers; (2) identify and develop better tracking methodologies and (3) identify and development automation and efficiency improvements
    • Leading a quarterly pricing review for each assigned market and product
    • Ensuring all customer contracts are accurate and compliant with all requirements
    • Review and approve customer orders for products and services ensuring compliance with all requirements

    Qualifications

    Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience with product pricing for government programs and/or technology and 5+ years of experience in the Accounting or Finance field.  A bachelor’s degree in accounting or business is preferred. 

    Candidate should have experience with accounting software including QuickBooks and MS Office.

    Candidates must be detail-oriented and motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team setting and possess excellent customer service and communication skills.  Must have proven math skills applicable to developing and analyzing product pricing.

    Qualified candidates will be capable of developing innovative uses of existing software tools (Excel) or similar low-cost tools to drive efficiency of the pricing functions.
