Education Networks of America, Inc. (ENA) is seeking a Finance Specialist focused on revenue and telecom to join our team.
The Finance Specialist is responsible for communicating with customers, vendors, and internal team members to perform various finance functions such as customer invoicing, telecom vendor invoice processing, telecom dispute resolution, customer collections, and other projects as assigned.
Primary responsibilities include:
Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance field. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business strongly preferred. Experience with MS Office (specifically a proficiency in MS Excel) and Internet capabilities a must. Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
Must be detail-oriented and motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team setting and possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
This is a full-time position eligible for ENA’s full benefit package highlights includes health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and a generous time off package along with other benefits.
This position is located in Nashville, TN. No relocation will be offered.
